Nice accommodation for students Must add, this is obviously just one of the rooms, it's shows the potential though.

The pictures are VERY misleading. I booked the room without viewing due to covid and the room I was assigned looks nothing like the pictures. It doesn’t even have the same layout and it is very tiny! I am so upset and annoyed because I am paying for a bigger room than I was assigned.

A longer review, but please read before booking. The bad: - Whole flat silverfish insect infestation for at least 2 months starting the tenancy (made me feel constantly uncomfortable). - Water dripping from ceiling onto floor, 1 metre from bedhead. Although repairs were made, this problem was frequently on and off throughout my whole 11 month tenancy. We had to put a bucket permanently under the leak. - Property was mysteriously taken (stolen)? from the flat, which included my toaster and kettle. Only IQ staff, myself and my trusted partner had keys to the flat. In response, IQ offered no suitable explanation. - In the last month before I left, a unknown person unlocked my door and entered the flat at 1.55am in the morning - I was ALONE, and the person was just a few metres from where I was sleeping, in the same room. This was VERY scary. In response, IQ did not give any explanation of who it was, even though only IQ staff, myself and my trusted partner have keys (my partner was away at the time). The email communication from IQ lacked alarm, concern or empathy. This was upsetting and is still quite disturbing to think about. The good: - Reception staff are often friendly and helpful - New reception and social space are good - Good location Overall, I definitely wouldn't recommend IQ Exchange. Liberty Point is just 5 mins from IQ, and is nicer (I lived there for 1st year). It feels safer and more secure.

Did not enjoy my experience here . Lifts were pretty much always broken, and the overall ambiance of the room(s)/ building was dull, and sad at times. Good access to the city centre however this does not come to the forefront if most of the time is spent in the room. Layout of my room was awkward, and there was no place to put a television . before you go with IQ, please look elsewhere , especially if you are looking for a well priced but nice en-suite.

Its a really not worth it accomodation. I am on the fourth floor and the lift is broken since 2 weeks and we have to climb up every day. My family visited during that time and faced a lot of trouble which was embarrasing for me.
