Did not have a good time here really. The staff aren’t very helpful especially when I complained about maintenance that kept coming into my room without permission. The fire alarm was faulty aswell and always going off at late hours. Security guards were also pretty unfriendly and would ask too many questions to prove your identity even if you clearly lived there. Definitely not worth £144 a week

Awful. Just awful. I've never come across such a disorganised accommodation provider. Unite blatantly puts more money into marketing than it does to service provisions. The building itself is poorly constructed and interiors dated. There are constant parties in the courtyard and security does nothing.

Pretty good place to live but expensive and the laundry is crazy expensive after they changed to the app system which is much worse. The app where can see parcels and maintenance is pretty good but again like the laundry system doesn't really work all that well. On the plus side the staff are very friendly and solve problems (at least for me) easily and quickly

this accommodation is not even worthy of one star, the maintenance team starts drilling and hammering at 8am, they don't have any courtesy for the students living here whatsoever. my room was broken into (in october) and several items were stolen, it was reported to the police and when these people were asked for CCTV footage they didnt have any!! a couple of months ago there was a stabbing right outside this accommodation and they still did not have the CCTV footage!!! the reception team are very unhelpful, they dont care for your problems at all. i went back home for around 2 weeks and reported a maintenance issue with my room before i went, when i came back my toilet had been used (without being flushed!!!) and my room was unlocked, when i informed reception about this, they said they need PROOF?! proof of what exactly?!! disgusting accommodation and i really have no idea how they are increasing the prices it's not worth it AT ALL. big mistake coming here

If i could id give it a zero, where shall I start, don't even try apply for this place, it's worse than jennens, the fridge is broken it frizss our stuff we changed the temperature but didn't do anything, we reported it it says they fixed it we leave our stuff in it after few hours all our stuff gets frozen, the walls are very thin forget about hearing your next door flatmate, you could hear the flat next door to you, few weeks ago they were changing the lights in the flat next door I could hear them, they say the flat comes with iron and iron bored nope there isn't any in the flat, the bathroom is very old, nice kitchen but very small for 9 people, I used to live in a flat of 6 in jennens the kitchen was twice the size, laundry the driers dont even work i had to put my clothes twice in drier for them to dry, I regret mo ving from jennens not worth the money, especially when this is a flat they show to people when there deciding on accommodation nothing works, neither the lock to our flat as anyone could walk in its been 5 months and they keep telling us they ordered a new lock for our flat the toaster doesn't even work, only 2 good things here are they clean our kitchen very well when they need to do a show or take pics and location. Worst part is our food went bad, this flat is all faulty why you ask? Cause the power in our kitchen went off, nothing was working for over a night, when we rang them was Sunday it took them over 3 hours to come like great, the reception people are the most unfriensliest people on earth who don't give a damn about your problems and like yeah yeah whatever, there is no such thing as common room, they got one but it has nothing in it, they took the TV off the common room and no pool table or football table anymore its practically the shitiest place ever
