About Haüs

Haüs is a student accommodation in Birmingham, located just a short walk from the University of Birmingham. It offers two types of rooms: en-suite rooms and studio rooms, so you can choose what best suits your lifestyle.


Each room includes a small double bed, study space, wardrobe, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge or freezer. These facilities are designed to make student life more comfortable and enjoyable. The Premium Studio provides extra space to relax, study, and personalise your environment.

The Features

In Haüs, the Birmingham student accommodation, you will find a lot of benefits that you will absolutely need! This building has high-speed Wi-Fi to allow you to attend your online classes and stay in touch with your family and friends. There is on-site maintenance, so you don’t need to worry about the technicians. Also, Haüs has bike storage to keep your bike safe. There is a laundry service to keep your clothes clean and tidy all the time. Last but not least, all utilities are included, so you don’t need to pay for every service you are using.



This is for the indoor benefits, so what about the outdoor benefits? In Haüs, you will find study rooms to study in groups with your colleagues. There is a Gym to practice and stay active. Also, we have a games room, karaoke room and cinema room for entertaining.


Why should you study in Birmingham? Birmingham has five major universities that you can join, depending on the major that you have selected. You can join the University of Birmingham, Birmingham City University or Newman University. Also, learning in Birmingham extends beyond the classroom through its rich cultural and scientific institutions. You will enjoy all the ways of learning, either in the university or through its culture.



Regarding transportation, the West Midlands Metro is six minutes from the building, and there are nearby train stations and bus routes.
