Worst experience ever. Do not I repeat do not book a room here unite students is a company that does not care about the health and safety of their students (unless it's to keep their money safe) or their staff. I feel really bad for the staff working their as they have very little idea what kind of company they are working for and they barely know the information on the rooms. I had an issue with booking a room and I was left with multiple departments saying they would handle it they kept transferring me and eventually they harassed and verbally abused me on the phone and it ended with sorry there's nothing we can do for having wasted your time. You will lose money and you will think this is the norm. I advise you to find private accomadation with a community not a corporation. Again it's not worth you having a terrible year at uni.

Awful. All social spaces have been closed since day one even with clubs back open now. All study rooms are closed for no reason atall. Staff explain its "policy" even though still paying full price for the room without access to 99% of the actual building you paid for. Roof terrace sometimes locked since they just forget to unlock it all the time. And if you have a bike, you're not allowed to use the back gate like common sense you have to go through the entire building to get out. Also have camreas in every possible place apart from the places that they could actually be useful such as stairwells and each floor.

Awful experience. Unhelpful staff. Tiny rooms, blocked showers, poor heating and dust problems. Overcrowded flats ( of 10 people) only 2 cookers, 2 fridges ( one draw in the freezer and one in the fridge, extremely tight for space). Only worth one star because of its decent location. An expensive accommodation so Think hard before signing the agreement.
