iQ Penworks House is a Birmingham student accommodation that offers two room types; studios and ensuites. Studios come in two styles; Copper Studio and Copper Studio Plus. They are private and feature a small double bed, a TV in each bedroom and a private kitchen. 

iQ Penworks House's en-suites come in nine styles; Gold Ensuite, Gold Ensuite Premium, Silver Ensuite, Silver Ensuite Plus, Bronze Ensuite, Bronze Ensuite Premium, Bronze Ensuite Plus, Platinum Ensuite Plus and Diamond Ensuite. Ensuites have a private bathroom, a small double bed, some have study space and under bed storage.

Features

iQ Penworks House, a Birmingham student accommodation, offers many facilities and services. The facilities include Wi-Fi, secure bike storage, laundry, a common social room, and all bills included. Other services, including CCTV, 24/7 security, insurance, accessibility, communal games room, and emergency and on-site cinema room are provided by iQ Penworks House. 

Birmingham is the 2nd biggest city in the UK. It is situated in the West Midlands. It was home to many industries in the past and continues to be as such. The city is also a tourist attraction, for it has over a million visitors a year. This Birmingham student accommodation is located at the heart of the city.

*This purpose-built student accommodation is covered by the Tenant Fees Act. The booking fee is £50, and there is no deposit required.

Can I come with my bike?

If you are an iQ resident and you bring your bike, you can store it for free in our secure bike storage facility. Just be sure to call in advance, register and tag your bike with our staff when you arrive.
