About iQ Broderick House
Birmingham is often called the “2nd city of the UK.” It has four rivers flowing through it; Tame, Rea, Cole, and Sevren. It is one of the oldest commercial centres in the UK and it continues to be.
iQ Broderick House is a student housing in Birmingham that offers three room types; studios, ensuites and penthouses. Studios come in five styles; Gold Studio, Silver Studio, Bronze Studio, Diamond Studio and Platinum Studio. They are private and newly refurbished and feature a double bed and allow free dual occupancy.
Ensuites come in six styles; Gold Ensuite, Silver Ensuite, Bronze Ensuite, Platinum Ensuite, Diamond Ensuite and Copper Ensuite. Ensuites are newly refurbished, have private rooms, a small double bed and some have a canal view. The building also offers a Penthouse Apartment that is private and features separate bedrooms. It is newly refurbished and allows free dual occupancy.
The property offers many facilities and services. The facilities include Wi-Fi, secure bike storage, laundry, a common social room and all bills included. Other services include CCTV, 24/7 security, an on-site gym, insurance, accessibility, communal games room, emergency and on-site cinema room.
iQ Broderick House is located at Bath Row Road just a short walk from Birmingham city centre. Nearby, there are many great foreign restaurants that offer foreign cuisine plates. If you’re craving super delicious Italian pizza, Laghi's Deli is only five minutes away and it serves a wide selection of original Italian dishes in a relaxing setting.
Cote - Birmingham is another foreign restaurant that offers French goods and specialities in a chic atmosphere. To have a taste of the local cuisine, make a stop at Grand Central Kitchen - Birmingham. It serves a classic English breakfast among other tasty plates.
Tesco Express is just around the corner if you wish to do some grocery shopping. As for clothes shopping and other sorts of shopping, Bullring & Grand Central shopping mall is just 15 minutes away from the building. You can have an early morning walk, a refreshing picnic under the sun, or even a casual evening stroll at Sunset Park that has spacious greenery and a mesmerizing city view.

*This purpose-built student accommodation is covered by the Tenant Fees Act. The booking fee is £100 and there is no deposit required.

Five Ways bus station is a four-minute walk and Islington Row / Frederick Rd bus station is a five-minute walk. Birmingham New Street train station is 14 minutes away and Five Ways train station is four minutes away.

A booking is considered complete when there is:
Signed Tenancy Agreement

This spacious en-suite room features a single bed, under-bed storage, mirror, ample storage space, workspace, and wardrobe. The communal area has a TV lounge and a shared kitchen. These rooms are located on the third to the ninth floor with corner-window views.

International students can pay in 4 instalments for long-term bookings without a UK guarantor.
- Deposit: goes towards the first installment once the booking is confirmed - If you cancelled the booking within 7 days of payment and completing booking, the deposit will be refunded.
If you have entered into the Tenancy Agreement and you wish to cancel your booking, you will remain liable for the contractual obligations set out in the Tenancy Agreement and you may not cancel the booking unless you can provide proof that you fit any of the following criteria:
you notify us of your intention to cancel your booking prior to 1 August or, if your Tenancy Start Date (as defined in your Tenancy Agreement) is in any month other than September, 28 days before your Tenancy Start Date.
you notify us of your intention to cancel within 7 days of payment of your Booking Fee (if you have paid a Booking Fee) and you have not collected your keys.
Your UK Visa application has been denied.
You have failed to obtain the required qualifications to get into your first University of choice.
Where proof is provided in accordance with these terms and conditions and to our reasonable satisfaction, you will be entitled to cancel the booking and you will not be liable for the contractual obligations laid out in the Tenancy Agreement from the date of cancellation.
All cancellation notifications must be requested directly from the student by an email.
