The Ascent is a Liverpool student accommodation that offers amenities in both apartment and studio styles. Studios come in 2 styles, Smart Studios and Elegance Studios. The Smart Studio style offers a comfortable double bed, en-suite bathroom and a fitted kitchen. In addition to a flat-screen TV and a study area with a desk. The Elegance Studio style offers a kitchen, en-suite bathroom, extra storage and a spacious living area with a two-seater sofa. The Grand Apartment style offers an en-suite bathroom, kitchen, study area, dining table and a luxury rainfall shower. The Ascent also offers a king-size bed, sofa, dining table, separate living and sleeping areas and an oven with a 4-ring hob.

Gender separation can be arranged depending on availability.

• We can also offer double occupancy bookings with a 25% supplement added to the rent. All rent payments for summer lets are due in full upfront and payment for rent will be due 2 months prior to tenancy start date.
• When booking a Summer stay, the student books an Apt type IE Neo, Smart, Elegance or Grande. They do not select an exact apartment, apartments are allocated after booking.
