Cancellation Policy
- Minimum stay is 28 consecutive nights. A £500 holding fee is required and refunded only if cancelled within 48 hours; after that, all payments become non-refundable and non-transferable.
- After booking confirmation, full or termly payments are non-refundable under the selected rate plan.
- Early departures are charged according to the rate plan and may include further termly payments or the remaining booking balance.
- The booking may be cancelled immediately for non-payment or contract breach.
- Cancellation may also occur due to events beyond control (e.g. severe weather, fire, flooding, terrorism). Alternative accommodation will be offered where possible.
- If accommodation is unavailable on arrival, suitable alternative accommodation will be provided at no extra cost beyond the original rate.
- Insurance is not included.
- Optional extras are fully non-refundable once charged.
