Facilities
Cancellation Policy
Partner to provide the student with a cooling-off period of 14 days if the booking date is more than 45 days from the arrival date. The student will have the right to cancel their booking in writing or by sending an email directly to CASITA within 14 days of accepting the License Agreement.
If the student decides to cancel their accommodation within these 14 days, they will receive a refund of any deposit and/or any payment of advance rent.
Providing the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, the student will have to pay all amounts due under their Tenancy Agreement unless a replacement is found for the room by the student.
