Departments and Divisions

Teaching and research activities at Northumbria University are managed by four faculties which are Arts, Design, and Social Sciences, Engineering and Environment, Business and Law, and Health and Life Sciences. Northumbria’s courses are highly rated with many programmes that are accredited by professional bodies and achieving satisfaction scores of 90% or above in the annual National Student Survey. The university has a strong national and international reputation for its academic quality.
