University College School has four departments: The  Pre-Prep, The Junior Branch, The Senior School, and The Sixth Form. The Pre-Prep department is designed for 100 pupils from the ages of four to seven. Students learn through a variety of carefully organized activities, including formal teaching and supervised indoor and outdoor play. Pupils are encouraged to think creatively, investigate their surroundings, and solve problems so they can develop their own understanding of the world. As for the Junior Branch, it accommodates up to 240 boys aged seven to 11.
