What do I need to pay to confirm my room?

Once a booking is approved, the security deposit, the first rent instalment (pro-rated for the first month), and any extra service fees must be paid within three days via the provided payment link.

How do I pay my monthly rent?

Invoices are sent on the 21st of each month for the following month's rent. Payments are made through the "Invoices" section of the online tenant profile and must be completed by the 1st of the month.

Which payment methods are accepted?

iDEAL is the recommended method. International transfers are permitted but carry a higher risk of error; the resident is responsible for ensuring the IBAN and reference numbers are exact. Cash payments are never accepted.

What happens if my payment is late?

If a deposit is not paid within the initial three-day window, the system automatically cancels the booking. For monthly rent, late payments may lead to additional collection fees or the involvement of a collection agency if not addressed promptly with the office.

When and how will my deposit be returned?

The deposit is refunded to a nominated bank account 4–5 weeks after the contract ends. It cannot be used to pay for the final month's rent. Costs for cleaning or damages will be subtracted from the total before the refund is issued.

• If the client’s scheduled arrival is affected by an issue, such as a visa delay, they are allowed to reschedule their booking to a later date, subject to availability. In such cases, it is important to notify us immediately to make the necessary adjustments.

• Should postponement not be possible and the student opts to cancel the booking completely, the cancellation request must be submitted promptly and no later than one week before the intended start date in order to receive a full refund of the upfront and bond payments. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable.

• For cancellations made within the final week leading up to the start date, a full refund cannot be processed.

• Furthermore, a booking is only secured once payment has been received. If no payment is made and the move-in date approaches, even after a reminder has been sent, the booking will be cancelled, and we will notify you accordingly.
