Payment
For student payments the confirmation payment required is 6 weeks plus booking fee (or full payment if the booking is less than 6 weeks). This 6 week payment is made up of:
** Non refundable payment of booking fee and 2 week deposit (which covers the first 2 weeks rental when the student arrives)
** 4 week rental prepayment (held as security over the agreement and credited to the final 4 weeks of rental payments due)
- After arrival the students are set up on direct debit payment system and rent is collected by direct debit each Friday for the week in advance.
