Triumph House is a Nottingham student accommodation providing students with housing close to their universities and city institutions. The property is only 2 minutes away from the University of Nottingham. It mainly offers its residents studio apartments and en-suite serviced apartments. All studios are self-contained units that are fitted with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a workspace, a flatscreen TV, Wi-Fi, an en-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette. En-suite rooms have the same contents. En-suite apartments consist of the same features as studios and also come with the Luxe lounge, an exclusive kitchen and a lounge area shared with fellow flatmates.

If booking as a group and reserving a full apartment, gender-separated accommodation can be arranged. However, for individual bookings, gender separation is not guaranteed.
