All units feature beds, study desks with chairs, wardrobes, plenty of storage, a kitchen, a living area, a dining area, and a private or shared bathroom.<h3 dir="ltr" style="">Features&nbsp;</h3>Scape Tribune Brisbane features various amenities and services. They include Wi-Fi, 24/7 security, all-inclusive bills, laundry, and an events programme. Other services include a shuttle service, a gym, a games area, and a cinema room.Brisbane, the state capital of Queensland, and a major hub for research and innovation in the Asia-Pacific region, is a cosmopolitan metropolis. About Scape Tribune

Location

1. A student will pay a week's holding deposit to confirm their booking. This is not an extra fee but this goes into their first week's rent payment. 2. The bond deposit is four weeks' rent amount (eg. if rent is $400 per week then it will be $400 x 4) and this is payable to us 10 days prior to arrival. This amount is then lodged on behalf to the relevant state's bond authority and the bond authority will email the student directly to confirm that Scape Group has lodged the bond on behalf of the student. 3. After the confirmation of their booking, the student will have access to their portal/ student account. This will allow them to view everything in regards to their tenancy and also their contract is accessible for signing 8 weeks prior to their contract start date.&nbsp; 4. In regards to the rent payment frequency, they will only have two choices - fortnight rent payment or all upfront payment (prior to tenancy start). Should they choose the former option, they will have to fill in paperwork for a direct debit option. International students can pay fortnightly or all up front when they arrive. A 1-week rent is required in advance to secure your room. Please note that this holding deposit is allocated to the first week’s rent amount, and is not an application fee or processing fee at all.

The <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/australia/st-lucia/university-of-queensland-st-lucia-campus" style="">University of Queensland, St Lucia Campus</a> is a 14-minute drive from Scape Tribune student housing, and <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/australia/brisbane/james-cook-university-brisbane-campus" style="">James Cook University, Brisbane Campus</a> is an 11-minute drive away. South Bank bus station is a two-minute walk from the building. South Bank train station is a three-minute walk away.

Scape Tribune

I lived here in 2011. It was an excellent place to live. The location is in a good spot. its in walking distance to downtown and grocery store

I went into urbanest for a room tour today and the lady who showed me around was so lovely, was super friendly and was also informative and very detailed when explaining what the room and area was like. I would like to thank the fabulous lady once again! The room I was showed was a model room, I will update this review about how the actual room looks like when I move in. Hopefully it looks as good as the room I was showed today!

Edit: The actual room was good too! The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful :)

Super friendly staff who makes you feel like home and helps you solve any problems you might have.
