Scape Regent is a&nbsp;<a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/australia/brisbane" style="text-align: initial;" target="_blank">Brisbane student accommodation</a>&nbsp;that offers different studios and shared apartments. All units feature a double bed, a bathroom, a study desk with a chair, a fully-fitted kitchen, and plenty of storage.<h3 dir="ltr" style="">Features</h3>The building features various amenities and services. They include a 24/7 on-site gym, cinema room, meeting room, on-site parking, bike storage, laundry facilities, and vending machines. Communal areas like a rooftop terrace, BBQ area, study zones, a music room, and a games area are available as well. Furthermore, there are multiple security facilities available to keep you safe, like CCTV, a controlled access gate, concierge service, an on-site management team, security patrols, security alarms, and an on-site maintenance team. The property has a social calendar with multiple events available as a part of the Student Experience Program. All utility bills are included in the rent, including Wi-Fi, heating, water, electricity, and cable TV.Brisbane is the largest metropolitan area and third-largest state capital in Australia. It is a cosmopolitan city and a significant centre for research and innovation in the Asia-Pacific region. About Scape Regent

Location

1. A student will pay a week's holding deposit to confirm their booking. This is not an extra fee but this goes into their first week's rent payment. 2. The bond deposit is four weeks' rent amount (eg. if rent is $400 per week then it will be $400 x 4) and this is payable to us 10 days prior to arrival. This amount is then lodged on behalf to the relevant state's bond authority and the bond authority will email the student directly to confirm that Scape Group has lodged the bond on behalf of the student. 3. After the confirmation of their booking, the student will have access to their portal/ student account. This will allow them to view everything in regards to their tenancy and also their contract is accessible for signing 8 weeks prior to their contract start date.&nbsp; 4. In regards to the rent payment frequency, they will only have two choices - fortnight rent payment or all upfront payment (prior to tenancy start). Should they choose the former option, they will have to fill in paperwork for a direct debit option. International students can pay fortnightly or all up front when they arrive. A 1-week rent is required in advance to secure your room. Please note that this holding deposit is allocated to the first week’s rent amount, and is not an application fee or processing fee at all.

The <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/australia/st-lucia/university-of-queensland-st-lucia-campus" style="">University of Queensland</a> is a 14-minute drive from the building, and <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/australia/brisbane/james-cook-university-brisbane-campus" style="">James Cook University, Brisbane Campus</a> is a ten-minute ride. OKeefe St near Wolseley St bus station is a five-minute walk from the building. Buranda train station is a seven-minute walk

A place with a very homey feel and awesome staff! The location is great with multiple bus stops nearby as well as great food options within walking distance. It's also easy to get to most of Brisbane from here and most places feel within reach.

I have really enjoyed calling Atira home while studying for my masters at UQ.
It's a medium size complex not too large, so it's easy to meet other students but also quiet, especially helpful for exam or assignment study.
All the staff are great, friendly and able to help with any issue, request or even just a general catch up chat.
Short walk to supermarkets, café or bars at stones corner or the busway station with buses every 2 minutes for short trips to university or city.
Great student accommodation.

I am living here for one year. The building has a great location very close to bus stand to university, Woolworths in Buranda Village and very helpful stuff everyday.

I have been at Atira for almost 11 months now and I have enjoyed living here, The proximity to shops, transport and other amenities is wonderful and I will be a little sad when I have to leave in 3 months once I have completed my studies.. The staff from day one have been lovely and welcoming,  Thanks Ben, Royce, Payel, Sinead, Ann, Aoba, Carol, Jessie and the other maintenance boys and all the Student RAs, I hope you continue to have wonderful students coming through

Excellent customer service and caring staff. Have been living here for 2 years now without any grievances. Social and cultural events organized every week which makes this a happy place to live in. Highly recommend Atira especially to new international students finding good quality accommodation at reasonable price.
