About Queen's Hospital Close

The social, cultural, and economic centre of the West Midlands is the metropolitan city of Birmingham. Several rivers, including the Tame and Rea, pass through it.

Queen's Hospital Close is a student housing in Birmingham that offers ensuites and two-bed flats. All rooms feature a double bed, a study desk with a chair, storage space, and a private/shared bathroom, depending on the room type.

The building has plenty of facilities and services. The facilities include Wi-Fi, 24/7 CCTV and an on-site management team, a common room with a large TV and seating, games tables, a quiet study space, a laundry room with washing and drying facilities, secured bicycle parking with plenty of spaces, and a car park on site (extra charge).

The residence is located on Bath Row Street, only a short ride from Birmingham city centre. It is surrounded by a variety of exciting and interesting locations, including eatery spots, entertainment venues, and other places of interest. If you’re craving a mouth-watering pizza, Zizzi restaurant is just 12 minutes away, and it serves Italian fare, including pasta and pizza, in a casual setting. If you’d like to have a tasty breakfast before you head to your classes, Grand Central Kitchen is just a short walk from the property, and it serves breakfast meals in a warm atmosphere. Tamatanga is another nearby eatery serving spicy Indian food in a friendly and welcoming ambience.

When you need to do some grocery shopping, Tesco Express supermarket is just around the corner, and it has a variety of products at good deals to cater to your needs. After your bustling day on campus, we suggest you go for a casual evening stroll at the nearby Moonlit Park. It’s a small park with greenery and lovely scenery. Over the weekend, you may enjoy a night out with your buddies and watch the latest box office movies at Cineworld Cinema. You may also choose to go on a shopping spree at The Square Shopping Centre, where you’ll find lots of shops, stores, and boutiques. Another thing you can do during the weekend is explore the history of the city by visiting the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, which has a lot of interesting exhibitions.

Staff very helpful. Wanting to know my daughters experience in and out of University, will be a good one. Information and tour of buildings alleviate any concerns.

I was reccomended this accommodation by a friend, and all I can say is wow. So impressed. Very professional members of staff and the location is great. The accomodation itself was very pleasant. Would defiantly recommend.

The reason why I rate this student accommodation with 1 star is very simple: my friends and I stayed here last year (2019-2020) and we left home for Easter (thinking we would go back, and therefore leaving all our belongings there). However, Covid got worse and we were forced to stay in our native countries. We got an email from this student accommodation saying not to worry since they would keep our belongings so that we could get them back when we returned. Guess what: now they say that they have thrown our belongings away!!! Without notifying us first!!! Knowing we couldn't travel due to a pandemic!!! Having already paid an enormous amount of money in advance (in addition of the value of our belongings)!!! In short, if you want to save yourself a lot of trouble, don't stay here ?

I’m one of the friends involved so I’ll copy the review of my friend Inma literally: “The reason why I rate this student accommodation with 1 star is very simple: my friends and I stayed here last year (2019-2020) and we left home for Easter (thinking we would go back, and therefore leaving all our belongings there).
