Yes. To finalise the agreement, residents must provide either a qualified UK guarantor or verified proof of income/student funding.
Is there an extra charge for room-sharing?
Yes. If a room is approved for dual occupancy, an additional fee of £50 per month will be added to the base rate.

A cooling-off period allows for penalty-free cancellations provided the request is made at least four weeks before the contract begins.
