About The Rise

The Rise is a student accommodation in Nottingham, ideal for students who prefer to live in studios. There are three types of studios: classic, premium, and deluxe. The three options are convenient for students who value privacy and space.

Each studio features a small double bed, a wardrobe to store your belongings,  a study desk, and a chair that is ideal for studying sessions, as well as bookshelves for your books and novels. They also have a private kitchen for cooking and an en-suite bathroom. The room also includes storage space and a noticeboard.

All of these features contribute to an organised and private experience. The premium and deluxe options are recommended if you prefer more space in your studio.

Features

The Rise, the Nottingham student accommodation, offers excellent services and amenities for students. The property offers a 24/7 concierge service to assist students, fast Wi-Fi for studying and streaming, and a communal lounge for relaxing. It also has a pool table for some enjoyment, an outdoor courtyard to relax, and an on-site cinema room for movie nights with friends. Additionally, the property has CCTV to ensure students’ safety and a recycling service.

Nottingham is a city with a history that extends to this day, with a culture that warmly welcomes students. Nottingham Castle, a key historical landmark, is often associated with the legendary Robin Hood. The castle includes an adventure playground called Hood’s Hideout. The castle also witnessed significant historical moments, such as riots, rebellions, and the English Civil War.

Nottingham’s Lace Market is one of the oldest parts of the city, and it’s famous for its manufactured intricate lace, attracting people of interest due to its creative and industrial heritage.

Additionally, the National Justice Museum, an educational site, uses an immersive experience to tell the history of social justice through activities and exhibitions. If you’re interested in theatre, the Theatre Royal is an interesting place to visit as it hosts a variety of performances, including musicals, opera, ballet, dramas, and more.

If you’re interested in the food culture, the Nottingham Food and Drink Festival is held at Wollaton Hall in August. It includes food stalls from all around the world, live cooking demonstrations, entertainment, and a pleasant atmosphere.

Within the 7-day Initial Cancellation Period:

  • Full deposit refund, provided you have not moved in

After the 7-day period:

  • You remain liable for rent until re-letting occurs

  • A £50 contract variation fee applies if the room is re-let
