These amenities include all-inclusive utility bills, so students don’t have to worry about any miscalculations or extra fees. High-speed Wi-Fi is available and provided by the building for the students.&nbsp;OziVillage is CCTV-monitored to ensure the safety of the students. Students can get to socialise and know each other more in the communal room and the lounge area. An on-site gym is also available for those who want to exercise. <ul type="disc"><li>Booking Terms:</li></ul>Payment on booking: 4 weeks' rent + at least 2 weeks' bond.Remaining bond: The final 2 weeks' bond can be paid via bank transfer before arrival or in cash upon arrival.On arrival: If not already paid, the remaining 2 weeks' bond must be settled (total bond required: 4 weeks' rent).Ongoing payments: Rent is paid every 4 weeks in advance.Security bond: The total bond required is 4 weeks' rent, held as security.

Payment Terms

CANCELLATION POLICY&nbsp;PRE-ARRIVAL:&nbsp;1. If you cancel your students’ placement and provides more than 4 weeks written notice prior to arrival, the weekly fees will be refunded in full. The placement fee is non-refundable.2. If you cancel your students’ placement and provides less than 4 weeks written notice prior to arrival, the student will forfeit the initial 4 week’s payment plus the placement fee. Any additional weekly fees paid will be refunded.&nbsp;VISA CANCELLATION: &nbsp;1. student will be provided &nbsp; a full refund (upon proof of Visa Refusal Notification) for a cancelled placement if students’ Visa is denied and you have provided a minimum of 21 days’ notice.&nbsp;2. If the required notice has not been provided, &nbsp;placement fee will be retained and 4 weeks rent. Any remaining funds will be refunded.&nbsp;3. All other changes will be subject to the same notice periods and penalties as detailed in the PRE-ARRIVAL cancellation policy. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;
