The facility offers a wide range of apartment types as well as studios. The rooms are studio apartments, medium studios, and large studio apartments. Club studios, large studio apartments, medium studio apartments, and large twin apartments that can take up to two people—making it an ideal student housing in Melbourne.

Features

The rooms consist of a kitchen, en-suite bathroom/shower, a desk/table, a large bed, storage space and wardrobes. Each room differs in size and extra amenities, the Club l; large and medium studios offer a TV in the bedroom, and the twin room offers two single beds rather than the large bed that most rooms have. 

Originally referred to as Batmania, Melbourne is one of the biggest cities in Australia and even served as the country’s capital once. It is now, however, considered the country’s sports capital. The City is the capital of Victoria, a province in the southeast. Within Victoria lies multiple landscapes, from mountains to coastlines, with Melbourne being on the coast. The City is big on conservation and is known to contain lots of parks, beautiful open spaces, as well as both historical and modern buildings.

**Upon booking, a holding deposit of one week’s rent is needed to confirm the booking. Upon check-in, a refundable bond deposit of four week’s rent amount will be needed to be paid. Damages in the room will be deducted from the bond deposit after vacating the property.
