<ol style=""><li dir="ltr" style="">Rent Payment Requirement Tenants must pay rent strictly according to the agreed payment schedule and due dates.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">Late Payment Fee If rent is not paid on time, a late fee equal to 10% of the weekly rent will be charged.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">Ongoing Late Payment Charges A late fee may be applied again for each 7-day period that the rent remains unpaid.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">Non-Payment Consequences Continued failure to pay rent may result in warnings, loss of bond, or termination of stay. </li></ol>

Payment Terms

<ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="">More than 4 weeks before check-in: All weekly fees are refunded, but the placement fee is non-refundable.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">Less than 4 weeks before check-in: You lose the first 4 weeks’ payment and the placement fee; any additional weekly fees are refunded.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">Less than 2 weeks before check-in: You lose the first 8 weeks’ payment and the placement fee; any additional weekly fees are refunded.</li></ul>The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy.
