The city’s most notable attractions include the Wheel of Liverpool, The World Museum, and the Museum of Liverpool. Liverpool also houses several universities and institutions whose high quality of education attracts both local and international students.
Moorfield is a student housing in Liverpool offering accommodation to students attending nearby universities and institutions. This property offers its residents the chance to live in an en-suite room of their choice. All rooms come with a private en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, a shower, a washbasin, and a bathroom mirror. They also include a ¾ bed with under-bed storage, a wardrobe, a full-length mirror, curtains, a TV, and a study area with a desk and a chair. The kitchen is generally equipped with cooking hobs, a combination oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a ventilation system, a breakfast bar with stools, and a sofa. The cleaning and day-to-day supplies found in every kitchen area are an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a mop and a bucket, a kitchen bin, and a dustpan and a brush.

Liverpool is a city with plenty to offer in terms of entertainment, history, and culture, and you can easily experience all of that during your stay at Moorfield due to this Liverpool student home’s stellar city location. The Museum of Liverpool, which is dedicated to showcasing this city’s heritage, is located a 16-minute walk from the property. A 14-minute walk gets you to the British Music Experience, which has interactive exhibits, artefacts, and memorabilia showcasing the history of British rock and pop music. Another nearby musical attraction is The Beatles Story, which is located a 21-minute walk away and showcases the band’s lives, stories, and achievements through interactive exhibits and high-tech displays. The World Museum, which is a building dedicated to natural history, scientific, and cultural exhibits as well as a planetarium, is located a mere 6-minute walk away. You can sample the city’s diverse cuisine or simply just grab a bite to eat at any of the property’s surrounding restaurants and food joints. Of those nearby eateries, Wagamama is a 12-minute walk away, Pasta Cosa is 9 minutes away on foot, and Pizza Hut is 12 minutes away as well. You can do your grocery shopping at either Sainsbury’s Local or Tesco Express, both of which are located a short 10-minute stroll from the property.

A booking is considered complete when there is:
Signed Tenancy Agreement
Payment of deposit, full rent/ first rent installment

International students can pay in 4 instalments for long-term bookings without a UK guarantor.
Please note that to complete bookings we require the following:
- The £250 Advance Rent as stated on the tenancy document (for the avoidance of doubt, no Advance Rent is required for bookings in Scotland).
- There is no Deposit for properties in Scotland.
- Payment details – International students can choose to pay via bank transfer or by card.
- The tenancy agreement needs to be agreed upon by both the student and the guarantor
- Multiple cities don't require ARP, including Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Sheffield, Bedford, Birmingham, Cardiff, Coventry, Durham, Leicester, London, Loughborough, Medway, Portsmouth, Reading, Southampton, and Leeds.
UK Students can pay up to 7 instalments for Long-term bookings.
7 days Cooling Off Period After Booking Confirmation
Provided the 7 Day Cooling-Off-Period has expired, you will have to pay all amounts due under your Tenancy Agreement unless a replacement Tenant is found for your Room or you enter into a new Tenancy.
If a replacement Tenant is found for your Room after your start date, we will release you from your Tenancy Agreement from the start date of the replacement Tenant's new Tenancy Agreement. If you have occupied the Room prior to this, you will be charged £50.00 to cover our costs of preparing the Room for the replacement Tenant.
No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only.
If you are a prospective first-year undergraduate student and your offer of a place at your preferred University/Higher Education Institution is withdrawn you may be eligible to be released from this agreement.
To apply to be released from this agreement in the circumstances referred to above, you will need to supply us with a copy of:
- a written rejection letter from your chosen university/college or UCAS or a screenshot of your UCAS status which confirms that the required results were not achieved; or
- a copy of the proof of acceptance of your new university by UCAS adjustment.
These document(s) must be received by us within 7 calendar days from the date your results are published.
31 May Cancellation Promotion: if you book a room with Unite Students for the 2021/22 academic year by 31 May 2021, you can cancel your booking before this date without penalty.
