Hope Street Apartments has a wide selection of rooms for students to choose from, including en-suite rooms in shared apartments, studios, and penthouses. All rooms are mainly fitted with an electric heater, an en-suite bathroom, a ¾ double bed with bedside and under-bed storage, a wardrobe, a study area with a desk and a chair, drawers, and shelves. Living areas, whether private or shared, include a TV and either a breakfast bar and stools or a table and chairs. Both private and shared kitchens are equipped with an oven, a cooking hob, a microwave, and a fridge/freezer with an additional dishwasher being available in some rooms. All rooms vary in size and some of them include private balconies.

**The building is committed to supplying electricity to the room with consumption up to £300 regardless of the tenancy period/let. If the student exceeds this sum, they will be prone to paying extra charges.

*If you book a room and choose to pay by instalments, your second payment can be split into two; one on the original payment due date and the second within 7 days of your start date.

*The building has a "No Visa No Pay" policy; if you can't get visa approval and no longer need your room, you can cancel for free.

* If you are unable to travel to the UK due to Government travel restrictions, and no longer require the room, you won’t be charged.

*If you don't get the grades needed for university and no longer require the room, you won't pay; provided you present a rejection letter.

To make booking your room for the new academic year even easier, we’ve reduced the initial rent payment due upon booking to £100. The remaining balance of the initial rent payment, which would normally be due upon booking, will now be added to the balance due upon your second payment date.
