When do I need to pay for my booking?

Full payment is required in advance of occupation and will be taken at the time of booking or prior to arrival, depending on the nature of the booking. Once payment has been received, a booking confirmation will be sent via email.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment must be made in full in advance by bank transfer or credit/debit card. All payments must be made in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). Bookings made using a credit or debit card must be completed by the cardholder or with the cardholder’s consent.

Do you take payment at the time of booking?

Yes. For online bookings, 10% of the total booking amount is taken immediately at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable. Any refund decisions are made at the discretion of Address Apartments in exceptional circumstances.

Is a deposit required?

A security deposit is required. Card details are held as security and may be charged if any terms and conditions or house rules are breached. A holding deposit of up to £500 may also be required for certain bookings; however, you will be informed in advance if this applies.

How is the security deposit handled?

Deposits are taken via credit or debit card and are refunded once the keys have been returned and the apartment has been inspected for any damages.

Are card details stored?

Credit card details are securely held on file for the purpose of covering any damages or additional costs, in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes. Extensions may be possible at any time, subject to availability.

Are there any age requirements for booking?

Guests must be over 26 years of age to make a booking with Address Apartments.

What happens if I need to provide a holding deposit?

In some cases, a holding deposit of up to £500 may be required. If this applies to your booking, you will be informed in advance. Where required, a member of staff will meet you on arrival to collect the necessary information.

What are the arrival requirements if a holding deposit applies?

If a holding deposit is required, arrival must be between Monday and Sunday, 3:30pm – 6:30pm. Photo ID and proof of address must also be provided at check-in.

Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?

All bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise through an OTA (Online Travel Agency) booking.

Will I get a refund if I don’t arrive?

No. No refunds will be issued in the case of non-arrivals.

What happens if I shorten my stay?

Any curtailment (shortening) of your stay will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds will be provided.

Can I claim cancellation costs through insurance?

Depending on the reason for your cancellation, you may be able to recover costs through your travel insurance provider. Guests are strongly advised to have adequate travel insurance in place.

What happens if Address Apartments cancels my booking?

In exceptional circumstances, Address Apartments may need to cancel a booking. In this case, reasonable efforts will be made to offer suitable alternative accommodation within their property portfolio.

Will I get a refund if my booking is cancelled by the property?

If alternative accommodation cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued for any dates that cannot be accommodated.
