When do I need to pay for my booking?

Full payment is required in advance of occupation and will be taken at the time of booking or prior to arrival, depending on the nature of the booking. Once payment has been received, a booking confirmation will be sent via email.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment must be made in full in advance by bank transfer or credit/debit card. All payments must be made in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). Bookings made using a credit or debit card must be completed by the cardholder or with the cardholder’s consent.

Do you take payment at the time of booking?

Yes. For online bookings, 10% of the total booking amount is taken immediately at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable. Any refund decisions are made at the discretion of Address Apartments in exceptional circumstances.

Is a deposit required?

A security deposit is required. Card details are held as security and may be charged if any terms and conditions or house rules are breached. A holding deposit of up to £500 may also be required for certain bookings; however, you will be informed in advance if this applies.

How is the security deposit handled?

Deposits are taken via credit or debit card and are refunded once the keys have been returned and the apartment has been inspected for any damages.

Are card details stored?

Credit card details are securely held on file for the purpose of covering any damages or additional costs, in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes. Extensions may be possible at any time, subject to availability.

Are there any age requirements for booking?

Guests must be over 26 years of age to make a booking with Address Apartments.

What happens if I need to provide a holding deposit?

In some cases, a holding deposit of up to £500 may be required. If this applies to your booking, you will be informed in advance. Where required, a member of staff will meet you on arrival to collect the necessary information.

What are the arrival requirements if a holding deposit applies?

If a holding deposit is required, arrival must be between Monday and Sunday, 3:30pm – 6:30pm. Photo ID and proof of address must also be provided at check-in.

Address Apartments Cancellation Policy:

All reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified through an online travel agency booking. No refunds will be issued for guests who fail to arrive.

If you cancel your booking, depending on the reason, you may be able to reclaim cancellation charges from your insurance provider if you have taken out travel insurance. We strongly recommend that clients purchase adequate travel insurance. Regrettably, for the reasons given above, any curtailment of your stay will be treated as a cancellation.

If Address Apartments cancels your booking in exceptional circumstances, they will make all reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative within their property portfolio. If no suitable alternative is available, you will receive a full refund for the dates we cannot accommodate.
