Payment Terms

If you decide to leave early you remain responsible for the rent for the duration of your tenancy. However, if you are able to find a suitable replacement for your room, then the tenancy will be cancelled. In line with your tenancy agreement refunds will only be given when a suitable replacement is found.We apply a 14-day‘ cooling off period’ to bookings during which time all monies paid are refundable. Please refer to your tenancy agreement or the sample agreement on our website for your specific property for cancellation details in relation to your booking.

About 10 bus stations surround the property. Cathedral (Stop Y3) is a minute away on foot. Canning Circus (Stop CC04) is a 3-minute walk away.

The Nest

Located in the heart of the city centre, it's the perfect modern studio for any student. The staff is very supportive and helpful! My room looks brand new, very private and the common areas are lovely too! The location is just fantastic!
You definitely get your money's worth.

Great quality studio apartments, nice communal area. Most importantly, really helpful and friendly staff!

I'm currently enjoying staying at the nest, I've been here two weeks. the location is great! you're a 5 min walk into the centre. you have other student accommodation a short walk away! local shops and restaurants 2 minutes away! parking is a little hard at times but mostly alright. it is expensive however its reasonable as the quality is high however, this does not include a gym or free washing facilities or a cinema room. This price only includes your room and common room. As they are all studios you are able to enjoy your own space. there is a group page in planning so that the residents can get to meet each other and meet up for movie nights, pizza nights and games in the common room. there is also some talk about if they might use their extra space for a gym or games room/cinema room which will definitely be exiting and definitely worth it however, this is not yet confirmed or promised. message me if you have any questions!

Waited a long time for the "New lift" to be fixed, but it's working now, thank goodness
