Cancellation Policy
- More than 4 weeks before check-in: All weekly fees are refunded, but the placement fee is non-refundable.
- Less than 4 weeks before check-in: You lose the first 4 weeks’ payment and the placement fee; any additional weekly fees are refunded.
- Less than 2 weeks before check-in: You lose the first 8 weeks’ payment and the placement fee; any additional weekly fees are refunded.
