Britannia Cancellation PolicyYear-Round Halls of Residence<ul><li dir="ltr">Cancellation, postponement, or curtailment within 4 weeks of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to 4 weeks' rent plus the booking fee. </li></ul>Summer Halls of Residence<ul><li dir="ltr">Cancellation, postponement, or curtailment within 4 weeks of arrival will incur a charge of 4 weeks' rent or the full stay cost for shorter bookings. </li></ul>Apartments/House Shares<ul><li dir="ltr">Cancellation, postponement, or curtailment within 4 weeks of arrival will incur a charge of 4 weeks' rent plus the booking fee. </li></ul>Homestays<ul><li dir="ltr">Cancellations received less than 1 week before arrival will incur a charge of 1 week’s rent plus the booking fee. </li></ul>COVID-19 Cancellation ExceptionUntil further notice, a full refund will be issued if cancellation is due to:<ul><li dir="ltr">A government-imposed travel ban prevents arrival in the UK.</li><li dir="ltr">The cancellation of a course of study or internship that was booked for a substantial period (more than 70% of the accommodation stay).</li><li dir="ltr">A course of study/internship is being changed to online-only, making in-person attendance impossible.</li></ul>Note: &nbsp;No refund will be provided if you simply choose not to travel when in-person and online study options are available.No-Show or Curtailment After Arrival<ul><li dir="ltr">Year-Round Halls of Residence: No refunds will be issued once accommodation charges are paid.</li><li dir="ltr">Summer Halls of Residence: No-show or early departure will incur a 4-week charge or the full stay cost for shorter bookings.</li><li dir="ltr">Apartments/House Shares: No refunds once accommodation charges are paid.</li><li dir="ltr">Homestays: No refunds for no-shows. <ul><li dir="ltr">If you cut short your stay within the first 4 weeks, no refund will be given.</li><li dir="ltr">After 4 weeks, you may shorten your booking with at least 1 week's notice.</li></ul></li></ul>If your accommodation is unsuitable, Britannia will attempt to offer a suitable alternative.Deposits and Fees<ul><li dir="ltr">A non-refundable booking fee of £25 applies to all bookings.</li><li dir="ltr">A refundable deposit applies for:<ul><li dir="ltr">Year-round halls of residence, apartments, and house shares:<ul><li dir="ltr">£250 for stays paid fully in advance.</li><li dir="ltr">Deposit equivalent to 4 weeks' rent for stays paid in instalments. </li></ul></li></ul></li><li dir="ltr">No deposit is required for homestays or summer halls.</li></ul>Additional Homestay Supplements:<ul><li dir="ltr">Private bathroom: £30 per week (subject to availability).</li><li dir="ltr">Special diet: £15 per person per week.</li><li dir="ltr">Christmas period booking (24/12–01/01): £35 one-off supplement.</li><li dir="ltr">Summer supplement (June, July, August): £25 per person per week. </li></ul>Refunds and Bank Charges<ul><li dir="ltr">Refunds will be made only via the original payment method, due to UK money laundering laws.</li><li dir="ltr">Bank transfers will be refunded to the originating account.</li><li dir="ltr">Credit card payments must be refunded through the Flywire online portal.</li><li dir="ltr">Cash payments can only be refunded to a bank account in the guest’s name.</li><li dir="ltr">Britannia is not responsible for any bank charges incurred during the refund process; these will be deducted from the refund amount by the banks.</li></ul>The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. Casa estudantil, sem barulho, ótima localização, quartos ok, banheiro ok, cozinha ok. Nota 7 pra limpeza. Procure por quartos no andar de cima, caso contrário, talvez não terá janela no seu quarto. Contudo, é um ótimo lugar pra estudar, pra se acomodar, custo benefício ?? e pessoas solicitas.
Vale a pena!
