New Twin Rooms (Available from Jan 1, 2026):
Starting January 2026, Campus Melbourne will introduce 16 new twin rooms in the Pool House (annex). Each twin room comes with a private kitchen, a living room, free laundry, and access to a BBQ space and shared bathrooms.

Residents can also enjoy a large communal kitchen on the ground floor and an additional laundry area for extra convenience.
Expanded Shuttle Bus (from March 2, 2026):
Campus Melbourne’s shuttle service will soon include routes to RMIT Bundoora, La Trobe Bundoora, and Monash Caulfield, in addition to the existing route to Melbourne CBD.

What applies to bookings over 90 days?
An RTA contract under Western Australian law will be created. Before check-in, a 6-week payment is required:
4 weeks’ security bond
2 weeks’ rent in advance
Payment must be made via the online portal or bank transfer before check-in.
Is the payment refundable?
The amount may be refunded fully or partially after check-out and a satisfactory room inspection.
What applies to bookings under 90 days?
A credit card is required at check-in, with a hold placed as security.

Can bookings be cancelled or refunded?
Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded unless a visa is declined before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Can a student cancel the tenancy agreement without penalty?
Yes. A student may cancel the tenancy agreement without penalty if written notice is provided at least 30 calendar days before the agreement's start date.
What happens if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the agreement's start date?
The student will be responsible for paying rent until a replacement tenant is found. Any rent paid in advance may be retained partially or in full at the provider’s discretion.
Is there an exception if the student fails to secure an offer of enrolment or a student visa?
Yes, no penalty will be charged if the cancellation is due to failure to secure an offer of enrolment or student visa, provided written notice is given at least 14 days before the agreement start date and supported by written verification confirming the declined offer and/or visa.
Does any fee still apply in this circumstance?
Yes. A $100 administration fee applies.
Can bookings of fewer than 90 days be cancelled?
No, bookings of fewer than 90 days cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
