Casita provides off-campus North East Scotland College student accommodation as well as other Aberdeen student halls. North East Scotland College (NESCol) is the result of the merger of 2 colleges, Aberdeen College and Banff and Buchan College. The regional college covers a large area. It has two main centres, one in Aberdeen and one in Fraserburgh. The College offers training in some community settings in Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire as well.
The main NESCol campus – Aberdeen City Campus, is based at the Gallowgate in Aberdeen. The College has two other sites in and around Aberdeen - Aberdeen Altens and Aberdeen Clinterty. Outside of Aberdeen, it has a campus located in Fraserburgh and two learning centres in Ellon and Inverurie. It also operates the Scottish Maritime Academy in Peterhead.
