A bus ticket costs 1.50 € but you can get a monthly season ticket for 19.50 euros which is available for students under 25 years. There are also other types of season tickets. Must-Visit Places in Tarragona:

Tarragona has some of the best attractions you can visit. One of the best places you should see is Catedral de Tarragona. It was built in the 12th century on the site of a 10th-century Moorish mosque, and its construction continued for centuries after. It has a wonderful Gothic portal with highly detailed sculptures and a stunning rose window. Another place to visit is the Roman Amphitheatre which is the second most important archaeological site in Spain. It is built on a hillside right on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea. The amphitheatre dates back to the second century AD during the reign of Emperor Augustus. With its amazing view and glorious historical structure, you will definitely be mesmerised. Moreover, there’s the Roman Forum which is a monumental archaeological site. It dates back to the first and second centuries AD and the ancient Roman city.  Its ruins reveal remnants of Roman houses, temples, shops, and establishments that once stood there. You can also see elements of an ancient basilica and traces of several streets of the Roman era. Moving to the beaches, Playa del Milagro is a must-visit. It is the main beach in the city and it is nearly one kilometre in length right in the centre of town. Ruins of the Roman amphitheatre can be seen in the background.
