You can buy metro tickets online from Moverse por Madrid en Metro. As for the buses, they run daily from 6 am until 11:30 pm, every 5 to 15 minutes depending on the line and time of day. At night, a limited service of night buses known as búhos “owls” runs from 11:45 pm until 6 am. Moving to Madrid’s commuter train system, which is known as cercanías, it is considered an ideal option for day trips. The train system connects Madrid entirely. The trains run daily from around 5 am until midnight every 10 to 30 minutes, though the exact times and frequency depend on the line. You can buy train tickets online from Renfe. Additionally, you can just grab a taxi anywhere.

The Egyptian Temple of Debod is one of the most beautiful historical places to visit in Madrid. The temple was given to Spain by Egypt around the 70s.
