Scape Waymouth student accommodation offers multiple room types: studios, twin rooms and shared apartments. Studios are self-contained and come in three varieties: the studio apartment, the medium studio apartment and the large studio apartment.
All studio types come with a fully equipped kitchen, an LCD TV, queen beds, en-suite bathrooms, a study area and openable windows. What sets both apartments apart is the room's layout, its space, and some extra appliances. There are three twin room types, and these are the twin room, medium twin room and large twin room. These rooms are suitable for sharing. They come with two beds, two desks or a large desk for two and come with a kitchenette and a bathroom.
Then comes the shared apartment and the large shared apartment. These apartment types offer a private bedroom with a study desk and a communal area with a shared kitchen and living room with a TV and sofas. The rooms in the large shared apartment, however, are en-suites, meaning they have a private bathroom. All room types come air-conditioned and have access to fast internet.
Adelaide is located in South Australia and is named after Queen Adelaide, King William the fourth's consort. It has almost Mediterranean-like weather, characterized by a steady climate with warm summers. It has river Torrens running through it, allowing lots of greenery to develop in the city.
The city centre is encircled by various parks and has multiple historic buildings, university campuses, shopping centres, cafes and restaurants. The city is also home to some fantastic beaches, making it an ideal summer destination.

What payment methods are accepted?
Rent can be settled via fortnightly direct debits (using an Australian bank account, Visa, or Mastercard) or through a single upfront payment.
Are there extra fees?
Surcharges apply to all credit card and Mastercard/Visa transactions and must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
How is a cancellation request submitted?
All cancellations must be sent formally via email.
Is there a period for a full refund?
Yes. A "cooling off" period applies for 48 hours after the holding deposit is paid, or until the tenancy begins, whichever happens first. A Refund Form must be submitted to receive these funds.
What happens if the deadline is missed?
If the cooling-off period expires or the tenancy agreement is not signed within the required timeframe, the booking is cancelled, and the holding deposit is retained by the provider.
What if a student visa is denied or a university offer is not received?
A full refund of all fees and deposits is granted. To qualify, written evidence of the denial must be provided along with a Refund Form at least 3 days before the tenancy start date.
Can the provider cancel a booking?
Yes. Management may cancel a booking if the information provided is false or if the terms of the booking are breached. In such cases, the provider may retain all paid funds.
