UniLodge @ Metro Adelaide student accommodation has outdoor and indoor social areas with vending machines, games area with pool table and table tennis, outdoor area with BBQ grills, large screen TV and Foxtel in the lounge area, study zones, on-site staff, bike storage, coin-operated laundry, contents insurance and internet, electricity, gas, and water are included in the rent as well as the landline phone connection. Parking is available at extra cost.
For your own security and safety, there is a security intercom system, personalised proximity cards for the building and lifts, a separate lock for room access and CCTV cameras on all floors. The Community Spirit Program (CSP) is available for students offering activities supporting students' life in many fields like the standard of living, quality of life as a whole; mental and physical health; academic and personal achievements; personal and social relationships; safety and security; as well as community connectivity and a sense of belonging.
Before you move into UniLodge @ Metro Adelaide, a security bond of equal to 4-6 weeks rent will be payable.

Cancellation Policy
No Visa No Pay Policy
Prior to the leasing agreement
If you were not successful in receiving a visa to study in Australia before the commencement of your lease start date, send a written email requesting cancellation. The email must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. You will then be formally advised that your lease agreement will then be cancelled without penalty.
After the Leasing agreement
If you are cancelling after the commencement of your lease date due to not receiving a visa to study in Australia, we ask that you complete the following actions. Send a written email notification that you wish to terminate your lease. It must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. The Property Manager will consider your request for the breaking of your lease and advise whether your request has been accepted.
The no visa, no pay policy only applies for the following UniLodge Properties: UniLodge @ Metro Adelaide, UniLodge South Bank, UniLodge Royal Melbourne, UniLodge Victoria University and UniLodge @ RMIT Bundoora - Walert House.
