What payment methods are accepted? 

Rent can be settled via fortnightly direct debits (using an Australian bank account, Visa, or Mastercard) or through a single upfront payment.

Are there extra fees?

Surcharges apply to all credit card and Mastercard/Visa transactions and must be paid at the time of booking.

How is a cancellation request submitted?

 All cancellations must be sent formally via email.

Is there a period for a full refund? 

Yes. A "cooling off" period applies for 48 hours after the holding deposit is paid, or until the tenancy begins, whichever happens first. A Refund Form must be submitted to receive these funds.

What happens if the deadline is missed? 

If the cooling-off period expires or the tenancy agreement is not signed within the required timeframe, the booking is cancelled, and the holding deposit is retained by the provider.

What if a student visa is denied or a university offer is not received? 

A full refund of all fees and deposits is granted. To qualify, written evidence of the denial must be provided along with a Refund Form at least 3 days before the tenancy start date.

Can the provider cancel a booking?

Yes. Management may cancel a booking if the information provided is false or if the terms of the booking are breached. In such cases, the provider may retain all paid funds.
