IconInc, Gravity is a Lincoln student accommodation that offers studios and apartments. Studios come in three styles: Neo Studio, Smart Studio, and Elegance Studio. They feature a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a fitted kitchen. As for the apartments, they come in four styles: Elegance Duplex Apartment, Grande Apartment, Grande Duplex Apartment, and Penthouse Apartment. They feature a sofa, king-size bed, separate living and sleeping areas, dining table, chairs, and extra storage. 

Gender separation can be arranged depending on availability.
