All rooms mainly include a private en-suite bathroom, a ¾ bed, a large study desk with a chair, a wardrobe with hanging space and shelving, a bedside table, and a bookshelf. These rooms have access to a shared kitchen generally equipped with an electric cooker, a fridge freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher; a dining area with a breakfast bar and stools is also available. Kitchens may differ in contents depending on the rented room type. Payment Terms

<p>If you decide to leave early you remain responsible for the rent for the duration of your tenancy. However, if you are able to find a suitable replacement for your room, then the tenancy will be cancelled. In line with your tenancy agreement refunds will only be given when a suitable replacement is found.</p><p>We apply a 14-day‘ cooling off period’ to bookings during which time all monies paid are refundable. Please refer to your tenancy agreement or the sample agreement on our website for your specific property for cancellation details in relation to your booking.</p>

The Junxion

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms have big table which is perfect for student. May switch the room in case of any problems with flatmates. Hard to release from contract and get any refund. Walls are thin, so you hear what other students are talking about.

A fantastic accommodation for any year student at the university of Lincoln. I lived here all 3 years and enjoyed every moment there. Bedrooms are big with en suite and kitchen areas are huge! The staff are always so helpful and any maintenance needs are met quickly!
It’s within walking distance of most shops and practically on university site so no commuting.

Lived there for all three years of my Uni life and couldn't rate it higher! The Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the location is perfect for Uni students and a well sized bedroom and living area. The price isn't very expensive and you definitely get what you pay for! I would recommend any Lincoln University student to apply for this accommodation, as this is honestly the best place for students to live!

I've lived in Junxion throughout all three years of my degree and highly recommend it to any student moving to Lincoln!

The location couldn't be better, with university buildings and its library being just across the road. Pubs, bars, cafes, and nightclubs are also just a short walk away. It's almost on the high street where main shops are and the the train station is not much further than a five minute walk.

The staff are absolutely brilliant! They're helpful and friendly and often go above and beyond what they need to do. The office staff were very accommodating when I re-booked my room in previous years and the maintenance team have always quickly fixed any problems (I've often waited less than a day for the few main maintenance issues I've had to be sorted).

The rooms are a nice size with en-suite. The kitchen/living area is great to socialise with your flatmates in and many have recently been refurbished - I was lucky to move back into the flat in second year to find a lovely brand new kitchen. It really feels like a nice safe place and I'm really happy that I chose to live here.

I have booked to live in this student accommodation AGAIN next year (2019-20) because of how good the facilities are. The staff are always on site, and they are really kind and helpful. The building itself is in a really good position, opposite the library and close to town. Awesome common room, and if there's any issues then maintenance are really quick to sort them out. Would recommend to any students looking for somewhere to live.
