I’ve lived here for the past year and have renewed my contract for next. It’s a lovely place to live with helpful and understanding landlords. The building is equipped with most things including a small gym so is perfect for every day life. The location is great and so easy to get into town too! Love it here

Brilliant accommodation, I live and work here as a warden. The rooms are very spacious and modern. The staff are really friendly and try there best to make it as homely as possible!, the accommodation also host special events for the tenants like free pizza and Prosecco night!. Wish I wasn’t in 3rd year so I could spend another amazing year here!

Loved every minute. Fantastic for third year students wanting a studio apartment and to focus on their studies. The rooms are quiet and well kept. Maintenance and management team are amazing, respond quickly and efficiently with any problems.

I love st marks. The staff treat everyone with respect and welcome you with open arms. The room decor is beautiful, only downside would be they restrict a lot of daylight. All in all i feel very safe and happy here and have finally found an accommodation that fits me best.
