Can I bring my bike?

If you are an iQ resident and you bring your bike, you can store it for free in our secure bike storage facility. Just be sure to register and tag your bike with our staff when you arrive.

Can I choose the location of my room in the building?

When you book, you can let us know your preference for a room location, but we will not be able to guarantee that your request will be fulfilled.

Can I book a shared flat with friends?

You can live with your friends in a shared flat if you make a group booking. We have a group booking procedure that will make it easy for you.

Can I share my room with my partner?

We offer free dual occupancy in a limited number of our studios, but only if the residents are both full-time students.

What costs does my bill include?

IQ's bills generally include electricity, wifi, and water and provide access to the building's facilities, including a gym, lounges, outdoor area, and great social spaces. Note that each building's features may differ.

When can I move into my room?

Once you have completed all the necessary steps before moving in and once you have signed the contract, you can move in at the specified date mentioned in the contract.

Are laundry facilities available?

IQ accommodations usually have laundry facilities on-site; if not available, IQ buildings are usually partnered with laundry and dry cleaning services, which can even include pickup and delivery.
