Cancellation Policy:Notes:<ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="">The cancellation policy is different for RTA and non-RTA sites.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">All of the ECU RTA sites will transition to non-RTA sites in 2025.</li></ul>Eligible Reasons for Cancellation:<ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="">If you are an international student and do not obtain your Visa, you may cancel your resident agreement within 5 days of receiving notification from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP). The service is exemplary. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very neat. Well organized and serene for business, friends and holiday stays. Affordable prices too!

Nice quiet, affordable and clean place to stay when I'm umpiring netball at Jamison Park. I catch public transport there because they charge you parking. It's quite a way to the village but that's why it's quiet. I packed my own food from home.

Had everything I needed, clean room and facilities.
Only thing missing was a tea towel although there was a dish trainer
