It is conveniently located 6 minutes stroll from&nbsp;<a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/australia/brisbane/griffith-university--nathan-campus" target="_blank">Griffith University</a> – Southbank Campus, 2 minutes walk from <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/australia/brisbane/tafe-queensland-brisbane-south-bank" target="_blank">TAFE</a>, and 15 minutes walk from&nbsp;<a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/australia/brisbane/queensland-university-of-technology-qut" target="_blank">Queensland University of Technology</a> (QUT) – Gardens Point Campus. Southbank Parklands, which has many cafes and restaurants, is only a 5-minute walk away and Woolworths Supermarket is a short stroll away for any essentials.
