Unilodge's Student Living on Cobden is a Melbourne student accommodation near the city centre. The two main studio types available are the Standard and Deluxe studios. The Standard studios contain three types, Studio-Ground floor, Studio-Single Bed, and Standard-Double Bed. These Studios have private bathrooms with showers, TVs, study areas, wardrobes, and shelves. The kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, and storage space. They are all above 20 sqm. What sets them apart is that the Ground studio is located on the ground level and has a double bed and window view. The Single bed studio has a long single bed and can be available as an accessible room. The Standard-Double has no window view, a double bed, and all the previously mentioned kitchen amenities. The Deluxe studios available are the Studio Deluxe and the Deluxe with balcony. Both Deluxe studios offer the same amenities found in the Standard studios; they come, however, with more space and different furnishing.
