IQ Ty Willis House is a Bangor student accommodation that offers two types of rooms; ensuites and studios. Ensuite rooms come in seven styles; Gold Ensuite, Silver Ensuite, Bronze Ensuite, Bronze Ensuite Single, Bronze Ensuite Plus, Platinum Ensuite and Copper Ensuite. They feature a small double bed and a private bathroom. 

As for studios, they come in five styles; Gold Studio, Silver Studio, Bronze Studio, Platinum Studio, and Platinum Studio Plus. This type of room is private and features a double bed, free dual occupancy and a TV in each bedroom.
