** 1 to 4 instalments payment depending on the property. 1st instalment in August ( NO UK guarantor requested )
Cancellation Policy
Cooling- Off Period
- 14 days after the Initial Payment has been made and a Booking Confirmation has been received.
In the event you need to cancel your booking with us, we’re offering a 14-day cooling-off period where you can cancel your booking and receive a full refund of rents paid. If the contract start date is within 14 days, the cooling-off period would remain the start date of the lease.
- Only possible within two weeks after making the booking or you will have to find a replacement and will be liable for the whole contract.
