Burley Road by Campus Living Villages is a <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/leeds" target="_blank">Leeds student accommodation</a> offering two room types, en suite and studio. The en suite type comes in four different styles, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Disabled Access. The studio type comes in two styles, Classic Studio and Disabled studio. <h3 dir="ltr" style="">Features</h3>In Burley Road, the Gold style offers extra comfort with an ensuite bathroom, double bed, and lots of storage space. As for the Silver type, it has more floor space, a bookcase, and lots of shelves and drawers. The Bronze rooms come with an ensuite bathroom, many shelves and drawers, and a big wardrobe.&nbsp;The studio-style rooms offer more privacy, it has a double bed, a sofa, a dining table, and a small kitchen area. Disabled Access rooms are spacious and have adapted ensuite bathrooms. As for Disabled Studios, it has a double bed, kitchenette, living/dining area, and an accessible bathroom.Our Leeds student accommodation, Burley Road, also features many facilities and services. The facilities include bike storage, a common room, and laundry. Other services include 24/7 security, disability accessible rooms, all bills included, cleaning, contents insurance, free Wi-Fi, and free events. Campus Living Villages Cancellation Policy 24-25<h2 dir="ltr">General Cancellation Policy:</h2><ul><li dir="ltr">You can cancel your reservation within seven days after signing the agreement online and you will get a full refund.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">You will not be eligible for a full refund if you have collected the room keys, even if the period falls within the stated seven-day period.</li></ul><h2 dir="ltr">For First-Year Students and First-Time Residents:</h2><ul><li dir="ltr">First-year students and first-time residents can cancel their reservation if they are not accepted into their university program (no unconditional offer). Will require evidence for cancellation in writing, within 7 days of A-level results declaration.</li><li dir="ltr">Accept cancellation due to Visa rejection, in writing, within 7 days of such rejection along with valid proofs.</li></ul><h2 dir="ltr">Ongoing Students and Returning Residents:</h2>If you are a current student or a returning student, you may cancel your residence in the following event: <ul><li dir="ltr">Being notified that your course will be 100% online starting from the next year.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">In that case, your cancellation deadline will be March 31st, before the start of your next contract, which will start in September.</li></ul><h2 dir="ltr">Other considerations:</h2><ul><li dir="ltr">Campus Living Villages can cancel your booking if you don't collect your key within 14 days and resell the room. You'll be liable for rent until the room is re-rented.</li><li dir="ltr">Campus Living Villages can cancel your booking if you don't pay the first rent instalment on time. In that case, Campus Living Villages has the right to cancel and resell the room. You will remain liable for rent until the room is re-rented.</li><li dir="ltr">If you want to leave after the start date, you can find a replacement resident. You'll be released from the agreement after their move-in, get your deposit back, post deduction for a room preparation fee.</li><li dir="ltr">If you can't find a replacement, your deposit remains held and you shall be liable for rent until the end of your booking.</li></ul>All wishes to cancel must be communicated in writing to the appropriate parties. Note that these terms and conditions are for direct bookings; other types of agreements may differ. The full details of the terms and conditions can be found in your booking agreement." The <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/leeds/university-of-leeds" style="">University of Leeds</a> is a four-minute drive from the building, <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/leeds/leeds-arts-university" style="">Leeds Arts University</a> is a six-minute drive, and <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/leeds/leeds-beckett-university" style="">Leeds Beckett University</a> is a five-minute drive.&nbsp;Kirkstall Fire Stn bus station is a six-minute walk and ITV Yorkshire bus station is an eight-minute walk. Leeds (LDS) train station is nine minutes away from the building and Cottingley train station is 11 minutes away.

Burley Road

A know students (including a close relative) in this location who advise the maintenance people is good and the staff are flexible in allowing othrt students in. However many are unhappy with the cleaners who declare flat to messy to clean for the odd pot from a recent meal.

CLV Burley Road is an amazing place to live. I’ve lived here since September and can honestly say I couldn’t be happier with the accommodation. The rooms are a perfect size, with plenty of storage space, shelves, wardrobe and even under bed storage which really comes in handy.

The kitchens are great, plenty of room in the fridges and plenty of cupboard space for each person. The kitchens themselves are a great size and very homely.

Staff at CLV Burley Road are amazing. All maintenance issues will be sorted within a day and security are always on hand if you have any issues, but also understandable about parties and gatherings.

The common room is a great place for social activities and we have used it for many things over the past few months. Movie nights, parties etc.

All in all I’d recommend this place 100% and give it 5 stars.
