A know students (including a close relative) in this location who advise the maintenance people is good and the staff are flexible in allowing othrt students in. However many are unhappy with the cleaners who declare flat to messy to clean for the odd pot from a recent meal.

CLV Burley Road is an amazing place to live. I’ve lived here since September and can honestly say I couldn’t be happier with the accommodation. The rooms are a perfect size, with plenty of storage space, shelves, wardrobe and even under bed storage which really comes in handy. The kitchens are great, plenty of room in the fridges and plenty of cupboard space for each person. The kitchens themselves are a great size and very homely. Staff at CLV Burley Road are amazing. All maintenance issues will be sorted within a day and security are always on hand if you have any issues, but also understandable about parties and gatherings. The common room is a great place for social activities and we have used it for many things over the past few months. Movie nights, parties etc. All in all I’d recommend this place 100% and give it 5 stars.
