Luxurio is a student accommodation in Loughborough. This property offers three types of accommodation: private studios, en-suites, and shared apartments. This variety is suitable for different preferences.
Every room comes with a bed, an air conditioner, a TV, and a study desk. Depending on the room type, bathrooms and kitchens may be private or shared: studios have private kitchens and bathrooms, en-suite rooms have en-suite bathrooms with shared kitchens, and shared apartments have both shared kitchens and bathrooms.

Cancellation Policy
When can the provider cancel my booking?
If you miss deadlines, give false info, fail immigration/screening checks, don’t pay, or breach the agreement.
Can I cancel if I don’t get into university or get a visa?
Yes, only if you provide proof within 5 days and the provider approves it. Deposit refunded if accepted.
Can I cancel for other reasons?
No, unless the provider agrees. A replacement tenant may be possible.
Can I cancel if I don’t get a placement year?
Yes, only if the placement is required, not secured (or not commutable), you submit proof in 5 days, and it is approved.
What is “reasonably commutable”?
Within 1 hour each way by public transport. If it is within this limit, the placement cancellation guarantee does not apply.
What happens if my request is rejected?
Your tenancy remains fully valid and binding.
