The Silver and Silver Plus studios come with ¾ beds, while the remaining studio types have double beds. The studios differ in size and have few-added differences.

The apartment types available are the shared-serviced apartments Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. These shared serviced apartments have rooms with double beds, wardrobes, and a study area. Residents of these Shared-service apartments also share communal kitchens and living areas with their flatmates.

If booking as a group and reserving a full apartment, gender-separated accommodation can be arranged. However, for individual bookings, gender separation is not guaranteed.
