Payment Terms
How can rent be paid?
Rent can be paid either in up to 4 instalments or as a single upfront payment. Installment schedules are specified in the individual tenancy agreement and are not publicly listed.
Who can pay in instalments?
Instalment plans are generally available only if a guarantor is provided. Without a guarantor, full rent must be paid before move-in.
Is an advance payment required?
Yes, a £50 advance rent payment (ARP) is required to secure a booking and is deducted from the total rent.
Is the advance payment refundable?
The £50 ARP is usually non-refundable if cancellation occurs outside permitted conditions. In some cases, booking fees may be converted into a damage deposit depending on the property.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have paid the Advance Rent and have been allocated a room, if you decide to cancel, an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Advance Rent paid and (ii) one week’s Licence Fee will be non-refundable.
If you have paid the Advance Rent and the licence agreement has been accepted by both parties, you will remain bound by the terms of the licence agreement until a replacement licensee is found.
