Payment Terms

Study INN Cancellation Policy&nbsp;Cancellation is only valid once Study Inn has received notice via email and other requested information from Study INN.&nbsp;<h2 dir="ltr">Block Bookings</h2><ul><li dir="ltr">Cancellation of Block Bookings is subject to Study Inn’s discretion.</li><li dir="ltr">All payments would only be refunded once approved by Study INN in writing through email.&nbsp;</li></ul><h2 dir="ltr">Individual Room Bookings</h2><h3 dir="ltr">Up to 19 Weeks Before Contract Starts</h3><ul><li dir="ltr">The current tenant can only cancel once, providing Study INN with a formal written notice of their wish to cancel.</li><li dir="ltr">The current tenant will be provided with a refund with no penalty.</li></ul><h3 dir="ltr">Less Than 19 Weeks Before the Contract Starts</h3><ul><li dir="ltr">The current tenant cannot cancel the contract unless a replacement tenant is found.</li><li dir="ltr">The current tenant will be obligated to get a replacement tenant.</li><li dir="ltr">If a replacement tenant is not found, the current tenant will not be released from the agreement or the financial obligations.</li></ul>If a replacement tenant is found:<ul><li dir="ltr">The current tenant would be released from the agreement on payment of agreement transfer fee of £50, this fee shall be deducted from payments made to Study Inn.</li><li dir="ltr">&nbsp;The current tenant loses their entitlement to any discount received, if any, and the refund will be adjusted according to the normal tariff applicable.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">The current tenant must agree to pay the agent’s service fee, to look for a replacement tenant if required.&nbsp;</li></ul>Cancellation under special circumstances:<ul><li dir="ltr">The current tenant can exit the agreement if the visa has been declined and entry into the UK denied. Visa refusal status should be communicated to Study INN via email within a maximum period of 14 days before the tenancy starts. In that case, all paid amounts will be refunded after deducting £50 towards agreement transfer fee. Make sure to provide proof of visa cancellation document.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">The current tenant can exit the agreement if the tenant has been denied a place at their respective university or had their enrollment canceled. This should be communicated to Study INN via email within a maximum period of 14 days before the tenancy starts. In that case, all paid amounts will be refunded after deducting £50 towards agreement transfer fee. Make sure to provide proof of the university enrollment denial document.&nbsp;</li></ul>Cancellation during tenancy:The same policy as the “Less Than 19 Weeks Before the Contract Starts” cancellation policy. In addition, any damages done to the room would be deducted if any were found.<h2 dir="ltr">Storage Tariff Paid&nbsp;</h2><ul><li dir="ltr">This only applies to rooms with storage within them.</li><li dir="ltr">This only applies to re-bookers.</li><li dir="ltr">Storage Tariffs for current students are based on Study INN’s storage policies section (contact staff for more details).</li></ul>" The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the properties cancellation policy. &nbsp;There could be few changes incorporated from time to time, hence we recommend you to review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.
