Iconinc, The Edge is a Leeds student accommodation that offers two styles of studio rooms, Smart Studio and Elegance Studio. Each of these self-contained rooms come with a premium double bed, a smart HD TV, a desk and its chair, and its own en-suite bathroom. The rooms also come with a fitted kitchen with a 2-ring hob, combi-oven, and an under-counter fridge with an icebox.

Gender separation can be arranged depending on availability.

Our Leeds student accommodation,Iconinc, The Edge, also offers a Grande Apartment, which offers everything the studio rooms do, but grander. The cooking hob has four rings instead of two, and the bed is king-sized. It also has a 3-seater sofa, a dining table with its chairs and a dressing table.
